آسماں نے خوش ہو کر رنگ سا بکھیرا ہے
Aasmaan ne khush ho kar rang sa bikhera hai

ٹھہرے ٹھہرے پانی میں گیت سرسراتے ہیں
Thehre thehre paani mein geet sarsaraate hain

بھیگے بھیگے جھونکوں میں خوشبوؤں کا ڈیرا ہے
Bheegay bheegay jhonkon mein khushbuon ka dera hai

کیوں نہ جذب ہو جائیں اس حسیں نظارے میں
Kyun na jazb ho jaayen is haseen nazaare mein

روشنی کا جھرمٹ ہے مستیوں کا گھیرا ہے
Roshni ka jhurmat hai, mastiyon ka ghera hai

Translation:

On the mountain trees, evening has made its home
There is a silvery glow, a pale golden darkness

Two moments meet like two hearts coming together
The sky, in joy, has scattered its colors

In the still waters, songs softly rustle
In the damp breezes, fragrances have gathered

Why not lose ourselves in this beautiful scene
