We Have a Hassle-Free 10 Days Returns & Exchange Policy!
Our quality and customer service makes sure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional, but for any reason or even without a reason if you would like to return or exchange your order, just email us at hello@shopmanto.us
Our Customer Service Team will arrange for a smooth return/exchange process for you.
Return Policy:
- The return request must be made within 10 days of receiving the order via email (hello@shopmanto.us) or click "Request Return".
- Returns & exchange are only available in USA Only.
- Customers need to have their Order ID or Invoice to get exchange/refund.
- The item(s) must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned article which hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED and the product will be send back to them.
- Cost of returning the product(s) back to our USA address will be borne by the customers.
- If there’s anything wrong with your product (sorry about that!), don’t worry we'll will take care of the return cost for you. Please make sure to let us know about the defect with 48 hours of order delivery.
- Refund and exchange requests will be processed within 7-10 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds are made using the same payment method used to purchase.
- Shipping charges paid at the time of placing an order are non-refundable.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
