Return Policy
We accept return or exchange requests within 10 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please email us at hello@shopmanto.us or click “Request Return.”
Please provide your Order ID or Invoice to process any exchange or refund.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
If the returned item shows any signs of wear, washing, or damage that wasn’t reported beforehand, the return will be rejected and the item will be shipped back to you.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost to our U.S. address. These costs are non-refundable.
If your product arrives as defective, damaged, missing or incorrect we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
Please report any defects within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at hello@shopmanto.us
For product issues that appear after wearing or washing, we can review and resolve the case within up to 1–2 months from delivery.
Refunds and exchanges are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your return.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Shipping charges and Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email update on the status.
If approved, refunds are issued within 10 business days. (Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.)
