Refund policy

  • Refunds are only applicable if the return request is made within 10 days of receiving the order.
  • Refunds will be issued only for item(s) that are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and tagged. Any item returned in a condition different from what was originally delivered, without prior communication of the issue, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-2 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

  • All refunds are made using the same payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

  • If a defect is reported and approved, a refund will be provided and the return shipping cost will be covered by us (defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).

  • DHL / Duty Charges:

    • If a customer refuses to pay for duty charges and the package is returned safely to us, we will refund the order amount after deducting the original shipping and any return charges invoiced by the courier.

    • No refund will be provided if courier destroys or loses the package upon a refusal of paying duty charges.

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be automatically processed within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received it, please contact our customer support.
